Embedded System Engineer

About the role

Skillful person who would be optimizing our backend and does R&D to improve our solution and help us derive many other solutions by creating POCs. You should be able to manage a small team of 3-4. Skill matters more than a degree, but excellent communication in either English or Nepali is a must.

Responsibilities

• Optimize backend systems and conduct R&D to improve solutions.
• Create POCs to derive new solutions from existing infrastructure.
• Manage a small technical team of 3-4 people.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in embedded systems and backend optimization.
• Excellent communication skills in English or Nepali.
• Proven ability to manage small teams and projects.
